North Atlantic redfish, Sebastes marinus, is a slow growing deepwater fish, is found at depths of 100 to 700 meters.

Almost always we fillet skin on, frozen and packed as layer pack or IQF and graded generally in ounces. We have very good contact with fishing company who has very good quanlity control system, that means we have very fresh fish and can supply high quality frozen redfish fillets to our customer.
